Lambeth Borough Police have charged John Usher aged 48 of Cedars Road, Clapham SW4 on Wednesday 11 August with two counts of arson with intent to endanger life and GBH.
He will be appearing at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court today (12/08/2010).
