The Ravensbury team in partnership with Ward Panel members has agreed to the following Ward priorities: Anti Social Behaviour in General Anti Social Behaviour by Motorist Truancy TOWN CENTRE DISPERSAL ZONE The local Police and Local Authority have both agreed there is sufficient evidence to support a Dispersal Zone within Morden Town centre and the surrounding roads. The team are actively patrolling this area In order to safeguard reasonable conduct and behaviour for all members of the community. The dispersal zone will be in place from 1st April 2010 until 30th September 2010 Junior Citizen Focus The team assisted other key partners with the delivery of Citizens Focus Week. Over 500 children in year 6 were invited to attend presentations delivered by the Police and other key partners including Safer Merton and Transport for London. The aim of the week is to improve their awareness of safety in public places. The scheme is well received and continues to be a popular event with local schools. The next Drop-in surgery will be Saturday 24/04/2010 between 1300-1500 hrs at Morden Hall Park outside the café area.
