The Ward have been actively involved in Road Safety Week in partnership with Merton Council between the 30th March – 3rd April
This initiative involved attending St Teresa School, Montacute Road and promoting road safety by handing out leaflets throughout the week and presenting road safety talks to the school children as well as highlighting the event with the use of banners. In order to keep the event relevant, “Debra the zebra” attended on the Monday to keep an element of fun for the children at the school. The event was well received and we would like to thank Merton Council for their support as well as all the staff at St Teresa School and the effort put in place by PCSO Dickson.
The Wards current priorities are:
• Anti social behaviour by motorist
• Anti social behaviour in general including cycling on the pavement
• School truancy
Our next Ward Drop-In-Surgery is scheduled for Saturday 25th April 2009 14.00-16.00 hrs at Morden Hall Park
If you have any concerns or issues please feel free to attend or alternatively you can contact us on:
