As above no new offences have been reported. 3) ASB in Four Acres Estate The team continue to patrol the estate. Anyone with no obvious reasons for being there is spoken to. No issues mentioned by the numerous residents spoken to by the team. PCSO Hammond and PCSO Austin will be at the junction of Derwent Road and Conniston Close on 6th May between 1800-2000 hrs for residents who may have issues that they need to speak to police about. 4) ASB in Beaver Close There have been no new reports of ASB. The team continue to speak to London Quadrant Housing and Crabtree Housing to assist with issues of ASB and dog fouling on this private estate. One piece of good news, during the year 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010 there was only 20 residential burglaries (where the home is broken into). This compares to the period 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009 when there was 37. This is nearly a 50% reduction. This reduction is down to work of the team and also the increased vigilance of residents on the ward. The team continues to work with the local community and visitors to Lower Morden Ward to ensure public safety and Lower Morden continues to be one of the safest wards in London. If you have any concerns re crime or Anti Social Behaviour please contact the team on 0208 721 2456 or email LowerMorden.SNT@met.police.uk Thanks Stuart WILTSHIRE PS3VW
