You may remember that a male, arrested at a premises in Circle Gardens, in connection with cultivation of cannabis, appeared before magistrates on 31st December 2009 I am now able to provide you with this update. Mr Duc Van VO appeared before magistrates at South Western Magistrates Court on Thursday 31st December. He was further remanded in custody until Monday 02nd August 2010, when he will appear before Kingston Crown Court.
