Your ward panel met at ELYS Dept. Store on 20th May 2010 where your ward priorities for the coming months were set . Your team will be working on the following priorities. Residential Burglary, Theft (pick-pocketing in the town centre) and Anti Social Behaviour in the Town Centre. Over the weekend on Hillside ward your team have provided a visible presence and for the hottest weekend of the year there has only been two reported crimes on the ward.They were reports for criminal damage one in a shop , the other to a motor vehicle. With the forecast of better weather please be mindful of securing your property . Do not leave windows and doors open when not in the premises and this includes vehicles,leaving car windows open even slightly open is easy pickings for a potential thief.
