Another Severe Weather Warning has been issued by the Met Office today 19th July. Showers are expected to become widespread and also heavy at times. Accumulations of 15mm in 3 hours are likely in some areas, with 20 mm or more for the worst affected places. Please check www.metoffice.gov.uk for further details. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads. Issued by Peter Reeves WCC Contingency Planning Team
