We do not need to remind you to remain vigilant at all times because this is a constant message that you know well. Also, there is a need to retain your cctv recordings safely until we contact you. Please make the necessary arrangements with your security teams. At the time of the incidents across London yesterday, you may have experienced difficulty whilst using mobile phones and \'land lines\'. We are encouraging all organisations to keep calls to a minimum if further events occur. This may help the telephony system to maintain a service. If you have security staff that are part of Project Griffin, we would ask that you deploy them with their high visibility jackets on immediate vicinity external patrol over the weekend if you can.
