A recent number of events have led to land or empty buildings being occupied.

The MPS and CoLP would advise as a precaution that any empty buildings in your control are secured.

A recent occupation has identified a risk from asbestos within the building to be renovated. It may be advisable to ensure such buildings are clearly marked with hazard warnings.
