GSZ1412.6 DR Congo Demonstration 14 Dec 19:22

Regarding today's DR Congo demonstration. All the demonstrators have been moved to Trafalgar Square and their numbers are dwindling considerably. Roads are being opened up and things appear to be getting back to 'normal'. In light of this, I don't anticipate any further CommunitySafe updates unless there is significant change.
