31 individuals were reported for the offence of street urination. 61 people were stopped and spoken to by officers, and a further 7 were searched 11 Flower Sellers were dealt with and 4 have been reported for this offence 1 person was dealt with for a cannabis related offence Your information helps us make sure problems are solved by the right people. 'The No to Bike Tax group have stated that they will be demonstrating every Wednesday morning from 0800hrs. They will choose a location on the morning of the demo within an area and ride their motorbikes lawfully but in a way that causes maximum disruption. They will not release the location until 0700hrs on the morning of te demonstration and their intention is to continue their protest until Westminster City Council stop charging Motorcycles to park.'
