'The No to Bike Tax group have stated that they will be demonstrating every Wednesday morning from 0800hrs. They will choose a location on the morning of the demo within an area and ride their motorbikes lawfully but in a way that causes maximum disruption. They will not release the location until 0700hrs on the morning of te demonstration and their intention is to continue their protest until Westminster City Council stop charging Motorcycles to park.'
