Consultation re Tennis/Olympics in 2012. Please see attachment to this note.
As part of the 2012 Olympic Games planning, London 2012 are obliged to engage the public in planning consultation events prior to submitting planning applications to the local authority.
The use of the AELTC for the Olympic Tennis event requires some temporary planning overlay and therefore as many of the local businesses and residents should be made aware of what is being planned and have an opportunity to meet and discuss any issues they have.
London 2012 have requested that I send this out to yourselves. Details of how you can take part are explained on the attached leaflet.
