Officers from Southall Green SNT burst into a property on Hammond Road on Tuesday and discovered a cannabis-farming operation. More than 40 plants in total were found being grown in all of the rooms and in three sheds in the back garden, with all the hydrophonics attached. Sergeant Richard Moelwyn-Hughes, team leader for the SNT said: "We are very pleased with the results of today's raid. This was an organised operation which has taken out of circulation a lot of cannabis which was destined for the streets of Southall." A 56-year old man was arrested and bailed pending enquiries.
