It is blvd that origibnal message may have failed.

There is currently a demonstration in Whitehall outside the Dept of Revenue by approx 40 -50 students. This is being policed locally. However please bring this to the attention of your Security staff in case they decide to move off and protest outside alternative government buildings, however there is no information to suggest that this will happen
